Booking

How can I reserve a room?

You can easily book your stay through the official website of YORS Hotels: www.yors-hotels.de.

Which payment methods are available?

We offer different payment options. The most common method is credit card payment, but cash payment upon arrival and payment authorization by a third party are also possible.

Which rates do you offer?

We currently offer two different rates:

  • Standard Rate – free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, no prepayment required.
  • Flexible Rate – free cancellation until 6 PM on the day of arrival, also without mandatory prepayment.

How can I make a group reservation?

For group reservations of 5 rooms or more, please contact us by email at booking@yors-hotels.de.

How long is the reception open?

Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

What time can I check in?

Check-in starts at 3 PM. An early check-in from 12 PM is available for an additional fee.

What time is check-out?

Regular check-out is until 11 AM. Late check-out is available until 2 PM for an additional fee.

How much do early check-in and late check-out cost?

A surcharge of 30% of the nightly room rate applies.

Do you offer parking?

Depending on the hotel location, parking spaces may be available.

How much does parking cost?

Parking fees vary between €10 and €20 depending on the hotel.


Room Amenities

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes, every room is equipped with a hairdryer.

Is there a minibar in the room?

No, the rooms do not include a minibar. However, snack vending machines are available in the lobby area.

Are toiletries available?

Yes, complimentary shaving kits and dental care kits are available at reception upon request.

Is an iron available?

Yes, please contact reception and we will provide an iron and ironing board to your room.

Is the bottle of water in the room free?

Yes, each room includes one complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.

Are baby cots available?

Yes, we can provide travel cots for children including suitable bedding.


Payment

How can I pay?

Non-guaranteed bookings can be paid at check-in by cash, credit card, or debit card.

For online bookings paid during the reservation process, the available payment methods will be shown during checkout.


Changes and Cancellations

How can I change my booking?

Existing reservations can usually be changed free of charge by phone or email unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected room rate. The applicable cancellation terms can always be found in your booking confirmation.
