Booking

How can I book a room?

You can easily do this by visiting our website www.yors-hotels.de. Additionally, you can make a reservation at any time by calling us at +49 (0)511 13 22 15 41.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can make payments through various methods with us. The most popular option is providing us with a credit card. However, cash payment upon arrival or company expense coverage are also possible.

What rates do you offer?

We offer two different rates. Our standard rate allows free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and doesn’t require an advance payment. Our Flexible rate allows free cancellation until 6 PM on the day of arrival and also doesn’t require an advance payment.

How can I make a group reservation?

For a group reservation of 5 rooms or more, please feel free to contact us via email. You will then receive an offer from us as soon as possible.

How long is the reception staffed?

Our reception is staffed around the clock. This ensures that you always have someone available to assist you on-site.

From what time can I check-in on the day of arrival?

Our check-in starts at 3 p.m.. You can also opt for our paid Early check-in service, which allows check-in from 12 noon onwards.

Until what time do we have to check-out on the day of departure?

Check-out is normally at 11 a.m. Additionally, we provide a payable late-check-out option available until 3 p.m.

How much does the early-check-in and late-check-out cost?

For each of these services we charge a fee of 30% of the overnight rate.

Do you have parking facilities?

Depending on the location, we do have parking spaces available, which you can reserve if needed.

 

Rates and Prices

How much does a room cost at your place?

This varies depending on the desired room category. We offer a single room starting from 65 euros, a double room from 75 euros. We also provide a suite for 3 persons, which you can reserve from 89 euros.

How much does parking cost?

We can provide you with a parking space for 10 euros per day.

How much does breakfast cost?

Our breakfast is charged at an all-inclusive price of 15,90 euros per person. Children up to 8 years old can have breakfast for free.

 

Room Facilities

How are your rooms equipped?

Our rooms are equipped with modern furniture. The mattresses in all rooms were specially developed for us and offer exceptionally high sleeping comfort. Each of our rooms features a private bathroom equipped with a toilet and a shower and some also include a bathtub. A workspace with seating allows business travellers to efficiently complete their tasks in a comfortable environment. Additionally our flat-screen-TVs offer a wide range of programmes for relaxation.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes, each room is equipped with a hairdryer.

Is there a telephone in the room?

No, we do not offer a telephone in the room.

Is there a minibar in the room?

No, our rooms are not equipped with a minibar. However, you can use our snack vending machine located in the lobby area.

Is there a safe in the room?

Yes, most rooms are equipped with a safe that you can lock and unlock using a personal code. If you specifically require a room with a safe, please inquire at check-in or mention this request during the reservation process.

Do you offer toiletries?

Yes, you can inquire at the reception for our shaving kit or dental care set. We provide this service free of charge.

Do you have an iron?

Yes, feel free to contact the reception, and we'll have an iron and ironing board brought to your room.

Is the bottle of water in the room free of charge?

Yes, each room offers a bottle of water on arrival free of charge.

Are pets allowed?

For hygienic reasons, unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our establishment.

Do you have a cot available?

Certainly, we can provide you with a travel cot with child-friendly bedding. We'll have it ready in your room upon request.

 

Payment

How can I pay?

Non-guaranteed bookings can be comfortably paid at check-in: in cash, by credit card or debit card.

For online bookings paid directly during the booking process, you can choose from the payment methods provided.

When do I pay for my stay?

In most cases, you pay upon arrival at the location. In some instances, there's an option to pay at the time of booking. You can always find this information on your booking confirmation.

When do I pay during a trade fair period?

If you're staying with us during a trade fair, you'll always pay upon completing the reservation unless another payment arrangement has been made.

How do I pay for my breakfast?

If you spontaneously decide to have breakfast with us, you can pay for it at reception.

 

Changes and Concellations

How can I modify my booking?

You can modify your existing reservation at any time by phone or email. In most cases, this is free of charge unless there are different arrangements specified during the booking process.

Can I shorten my stay after check-in?

No, this is not possible. Refunds for payments can not be made.

What are the cancellation conditions?

The concellation conditions can be found in your booking confirmation and depend on the booking rate chosen.
